We've all given or received advice at some point in our lives, right? Well in this episode I am sharing some of my most ever favorite pieces of advice I have ever received, given, and a few shared from my friends on Instagram. Some are pretty basic and some have had a lot of meaning. I am far from perfect and I am in no way a master of all of these but it is always something to work towards.  Who knows, you might just hear exactly what you need.
