The Consumer Product Safety Commission and Best Lighting Products are now recalling Best Lighting Products LED High Bay Light Fixtures.  The plastic pins that anchor the LED board are defective permitting the hot LED board to fall onto the light’s lens creating fire and burn hazards.  Affected are fixtures of any wattage in the LEDFHB line.

About 710,600 of these fixtures were sold in the US and about 19,100 were sold in Canada all via Best Lighting distributors.

If you own one of these lights, check the fixture for signs of LED board bracket deterioration, and look for discoloration of the light fixture lens. If you see signs of either, discontinue, using the light fixture and contact Best Lighting Products at 1-888-204-9905 to schedule a free inspection and on-site repair.
