Fantasy doesn't always have to be about orcs and wizards. In this episode, we talk about modern fantasy books with Fonda Lee. Fonda is the author of the incredible Greenbone Saga which recently made NPRs greatest 50 sci-fi and fantasy books of the decade. She has won a world fantasy award, three aurora awards and could legitimately fly-kick anyone who started a flame war with her on Twitter because she’s a black-belt martial artist.
