In our first year of SWR League we broadcast the NSW Intrust Super Premiership, Jersey Flegg Cup, Ron Massey Cup, Sydney Shield, Harold Matthews & SG Ball competitions as well as being the only Australian radio station to broadcast the first ever Super League game in Australia when Wigan met Hull in Wollongong.

A thrilling season of NSW Rugby League led us to Leichhardt Oval on Sunday September 23rd as Cronulla beat Penrith in the first Jersey Flegg GF since 2007 and Canterbury came from behind to overcome Newtown in the NSW Cup GF.
