This is part 2 of our Deep Dive „The perfect (remote) meeting“. We are introducing a process and all the tools you need to lead your next meeting to a successful outcome. Starting with good preparation using a tool called „IDOARRT“, then jumping right into your meeting topic with the Sailboat (or in Pär’s case, the Plane) exercise followed by an ideation session and developing an action plan at the end.
