In this episode, BIV editor-in-chief Kirk LaPointe explores the extent of B.C. money laundering with Peter German. The former RCMP deputy commissioner and former Corrections Services deputy commissioner has chronicled the extent of money laundering in British Columbia casinos. In his initial report to the provincial government, he identified weaknesses in the system and prescribed measures to reduce crime.
