TRANSCRIPT

Last Thursday, we told you about that day, July 27th, being the 60th anniversary of my dad's converting to the Catholic faith. Church Militant is sometimes portrayed and spoken of as this rigid, unjoyful group who care about doctrine and not people. Well, the staff knocked off a little early last Thursday to go spend the afternoon with my dad, Russ Voris, and celebrate his conversion with him.

We gathered at my house and had a little barbecue and social. Nothing more than a group of roughly 30 Catholics celebrating the joy of the Faith with one particular shining example of it — himself.
