He also wanted a raid thunderbolt 3 connection because the transfer is faster, so he has the Drobo 5D 5-bay Thunderbolt 3 enclosure. This is a USB 3.0 raid array, but even though it’s a USB raid array, he prefers the Thunderbolt 3 connection. This raid storage for video editing is great for any video editor with a lot of footage.
