Summer is a great time to change things up and get a fresh start.  Especially since there is a bounty of fresh fruits and vegetables available.  But instead of shifting to a new diet plan let's refresh our thinking and utilize that abundance of produce in an anti-diet way.  

But sometimes thinking about ditching diets is easier than actually doing it.  So many professional women I speak with feel like they need the parameters of a diet to know what and how to eat.  They worry if they get rid of those parameters their eating will be completely out of control.

I’m here to tell you that’s not the case, however, summer's bounty of fresh produce makes it an easier transition.
