Hey Guys  

so in this podcast we run through my thought process in terms of the best time to eat before a workout, managing your digestion when training will make a huge difference to your overall progress, so this is something you must pay attention too!  


Personally i would recommend eating around 90-120 minutes before working out! 

If your not using an intra workout shake then perhaps have your food a little closer
