As a personal trainer, I often get the question what's the best way to workout if I want to get stronger, lose fat or get toned? While these are all great questions, I think they don't take into consideration the time, energy and preference individuals have to workout. For instance, if you ask me the best way to lose fat and I suggest a strength training program that needs to be done at the gym 5 days a week, and you don't have a gym membership, experience or enjoy strength training, will you give up before you've begun? This is why your time and preferences are actually important when answering these questions!
