It was 1984 when the first vintage of a wine was produced that would become a milestone in the enology of Sardinia and Italy. The first wine from the island to be aged in barrique, Carignano del Sulcis Rosso Superiore Terre Brune is one of the many illustrious sons of one of the greatest Italian winemakers of all time: Giacomo Tachis.
