Dok Errol (Dr. Antonio Errol B. Ybanez Jr.), as what his peers call him, is a Career Service Executive Eligible (CSEE), author, professor, trainer, training program developer, resource person, consultant and a dynamic leader.  His almost 3 decades of experience both in the government and private sectors have richly gained him proficiency in bank examination, asset management, receivership and liquidation, organizational development, internal auditing, cashiering and customer service. He authored two books: “Applied Strategic Management and Business Policy: A Case Study Method”  and “Firstpective Matters to a Life Well-lived”.     And with everything under his belt,  we are blessed today as he will be sharing with us the story behind his writing career!
