Beth was never a Sea Cadet but did eventually put on a Navy uniform at Quadra.   Beth spent her summers at Quadra in the School of Music and ultimately became the Director of Music.

One main highlight at Quadra for Beth was in 1994 reporting the Band to Queen Elizabeth II for inspection.
