Luke 22:47-53:  “Betrayal and Bitterness”

Share a time when you were betrayed.  What happened? Did bitterness enter into your heart?

Why does Jesus allow himself to be taken by this temple mob?

This is a chaotic moment for Jesus.  One of his disciples has betrayed him and the leaders of His people are out to arrest Him.  How does knowing the Father’s will help him in this dark hour?  How can it help you?

What would you say to someone who struggles with bitterness?
