Bam gives her best advice to couples having hardships in their relationship letting them know that whatever they're going through - keep their business OFF the internet! We also talk about the emotions stemming from heartbreak. Bam provides her best tips on how to cope with heartbreak and how to move forward after the storm. Relationships are not easy by any means, and whatever you decide to do moving forward, make sure you have peace with your decision.

Today, we're talking about healthy communication! We all have moments when we want to speak up for ourselves, especially when we feel offended, but we may not do so in fear of hurting others. We also might not speak up because we don't know how to do it in a healthy, respectful way. Today we learn that we need to start demanding respect and letting people know when they've gone too far. Speaking up for yourself is easier than you think and it's time to start conditioning your mind to do it in a way that's beneficial to you. No more letting people disrespect you in 2023! It's time to put in the work, start moving towards healthy communication and start building long last relationships with people who REALLY value you.
