Economist Saul Eslake's report into state finances, which was commissioned as part of the now defunct Lambie Network deal, has found the state's budget is in a terrible state. Eslake recommends increasing taxes on working Tasmanians and small businesses. Becher, Brad and Jack Milroy don't agree on the solution but they do agree that Saul's assessment can't be ignored.
