Better Savannah Episode 45: A Talk with Terry Tolbert

Part 2 of our recordathon on Father's Day evening produced this epic conversation with Terry Tolbert. Originally this was to be Ep 43, but the city Mgr and crime stories changed that. Terry is the Chairman of the Chatham County Board of Assessors, one of the key institutional authorities for local taxation. He is also interim Executive Director of the Economic Opportunity Authority (EOA).

His involvement in Chatham County is storied and tenured.
