Not all gangs exist in Savannah’s neighborhoods. They also exist in Savannah’s boardrooms, commissions, and oligarchical institutions. Just one of the many aspects that comprise Savannah’s failing public safety quagmire. It’s policing done on the cheap with a willful disregard for all of Savannah’s citizens and muddled up by politicians looking for a sound bite.
