We all know the importance of getting good sleep, but most adults continue to struggle to get the recommended amount of 7 - 8 hours of sleep each night. Small changes in mindset and routine can make a big difference in how you rest and feel.
Getting better sleep is possible with some fresh strategies:
- take mini-breaks during the day to avoid “revenge bedtime procrastination”
- redirect your mind if it starts racing in the night
- avoid stressing over one rough night
- “fake it till you make it” by learning to pretend to sleep
