In this episode I will define Sense of Self. What is a solid, strong sense of self? What is a weak or reflective sense of self?  Looking at where we are and were we have been can be very helpful to our healing. Strengthening our sense of self is important life changing work.

I have been loving the Light the World Campaign this year as we consider angels. There are angels with us, earthly and from the other side of the veil. And we can be angels in other peoples lives. Take times to consider the angels that have been and that are with you. And enjoy being an angel to someone else this week.
