DISCIPLESHIP: Young leaders should find several older leaders as mentors.

HUMILITY: Young leaders would benefit from some humility.

GENEROSITY: Older generations should realize how much they have to give.

GOD’S STORY: All generations should get a better grasp on history.

UNITY: All generations can work on building unity.

Conclusion: We should labor, side by side, to build a Church that’s like Jesus, that values every age and stage.
