Hi friends,It took me a while to be confident enough to release this new episode. I sat on it for a week. Honestly it's hard learning to be open with deeper conversations without people rolling their eyes or completely hating on you or labelling you something that you're not. But I'm growing more and more ok with the judgement and also I need to really embody the belief I have...that discussions will change the world. And that means allowing thoughts, questions and ideas to surface and have space to allow the train of thought to be fully expressed.

I've got a few more episodes under my belt and shortly I'll be speaking with special guests to get their expertise and points of view on whatever is dearest to their hearts.
