Have you ever had a bad boss? Someone who couldn't figure out how to do their job with a manual in front of them. Or a coworker who just couldn't get invested in doing their job, and ends up dragging everyone else on the team down with them. That happens to all of us, all of the time. After that happens, the struggling company calls in a person like my expert today.

My guest today is Tiana Sanchez ( TianaSanchez.com ). Tiana owns and operates an organizational training and development firm. In short: She helps people lead better, work better, and be happier where they are. Whether fixing bad bosses or encouraging positive culture, Tiana gives her all for the good of employers and employees.
