In Exodus 14:13–31, the Israelites found themselves stuck between the Red Sea and the Egyptian army. Panic set in. Fear took over. It looked like there was no way out.

But in that moment, Moses gave a surprising command: “Don’t be afraid. Stand still.”

And then God moved.
