The day contact was made, the world changed.
But for Dr. Vera Argo, it also stirred something far more personal — fragments of a past she never fully remembered. Strange childhood experiences, missing memories, and a quiet feeling that she was never entirely alone begin resurfacing as humanity faces the greatest moment in its history. As Vera navigates her ordinary life as a doctor, she finds herself pulled into something hidden beneath the surface of the world… and toward a connection she cannot explain. A story of mystery, memory, love and the quiet pull between fate and choice, unfolding one chapter at a time.
Thanks for joining me as we embark on a storytelling journey I began at seventeen with my first book, The Able.
After signing with a publisher at twenty-eight and finally bringing that book to print, I kept writing. But I wanted something more — a platform where I could share chapters as they unfold, where stories could breathe in real time and connect with readers as they’re being born.
Stories aren’t meant to sit in dusty-topped MacBooks, stretched thin over years of editing and second-guessing. They’re meant to be shared in the moment of conception — when the magic has just struck, when the passion in the characters is fresh and electric, when the writer is just as breathless and on tenterhooks as the reader.
In a world where content disappears with the flick of a thumb, I want to offer a different kind of scroll. Not the endless kind. The ancient kind.
The kind you unroll slowly.
The kind that feels discovered, not delivered.
Like you’ve lifted the lid on a treasure chest and found a story still warm from the hands that hid it there. A story that feels like it chose you.
This isn’t about consuming something quickly and moving on. It’s about slipping sideways into another time, another heartbeat. It’s about that quiet spark when imagination catches fire and you forget, just for a while, where you are.
Come and unroll it with me.
I hope you enjoy my podcast where I share projects past, present and future, and step into these stories with me as they come to life.
