Teshuva, the act of taking stock or doing a self audit allows us to get better and what we do naturally. As business leader was wont to note "What gets measured gets managed". Self-management deepens our integrity and our connection to God as well as enhancing all of our interpersonal relationships. Now it time time of year reflect on the past twelve months and comment to making this coming year qualitatively better.
