It's a big week in the CFL as the season hits the mid-way point with rivalry games set to take place across the league over the Labout Day long weekend. 

For the Riders, it's a familiar match up with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. This year, there's plenty on the line with both teams basically tied in the standings right now, but currently heading in opposite directions. The Riders are coming off two big wins that have them chasing down a home playoff date once again, while the Bombers are looking for answers after some losses. How the next two weeks go, could go along way in determining how the standings play out in the West.

With that in mind, it's a different 3Down Green Cast this week as Joel Gasson goes between two Johns with his usual co-host John Fraser and 3DownNation's and Blue Bomber Talk podcast co-host John Hodge to break down the game.
