Beverly started as a temp with a goal to stay for one year then get a position with one of the big accounting firms. The leadership, culture and opportunities turned into a 34-year career.

Her advice to young leaders, learn to speak up and share your value. Silence might be prudent at times, and speaking your mind is necessary at other times.

Now as a member of the executive team she has the responsibility to uphold the leadership responsibility of the enriching and safe culture of ACS Benefits.
