When students with IEP’s have completed their diploma requirements and turn 18 its a time for the IEP team to decide if there are any additional services and supports that can be provided to help ensure the student will have a successful transition outcome.  Today we will hear from Liz Kennedy, Transition Coordinator at Sauk Prairie School District.  Liz will be sharing some of the great things Sauk Prairie is doing to help transition students with IEP’s beyond the age of 18.
