Dr. Sandie Morgan, Director, Global Center for Woman & Justice at Vanguard University is recognized globally for her expertise in combating human trafficking and working to end violence against woman. She serves on Foreign Affairs Chair Congressman Ed Royce’s Anti Human Trafficking Advisory Committee. She also serves the Orange County CSEC (Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children) Steering Committee partnering with Child Welfare and Juvenile Justice. She has launched a certified 4 class, 12-unit program in Human Trafficking designed for people out there in the field.
