Charles Hendricks is an architect living in the Shenandoah Valley, Virginia. He's a leader in Green Building and was awarded "Best Small Architectural Firm" by the United States Green Building Council Best of Building Awards. Charles is also very active in the community and was honored as the "Community Champion" by the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Chamber of Commerce.

Dr. Stephen R. Keener is a preventive medicine physician in Charlotte, North Carolina, and is a Duke University School of Medicine graduate.

Kim Scott is the author of the NYT & WSJ bestseller Radical Candor: Be a Kickass Boss without Losing your Humanity. Kim led AdSense, YouTube, and Doubleclick Online Sales and Operations at Google and then joined Apple to develop and teach a leadership seminar. Kim has been a CEO coach at Dropbox, Qualtrics, Twitter, and several other tech companies.

Dr. James Howell has been Senior Pastor of Myers Park United Methodist Church since 2003. A native of Columbia, SC, he studied chemistry and physics at the University of South Carolina before going to Divinity School at Duke, where he also earned a Ph.D. in Old Testament. He has published 17 books, including Yours are the Hands of Christ, Worshipful, and Weak Enough to Lead. He is involved in leadership within the denomination and city-wide endeavors. Biking, hiking and reading fill his spare time. He and his wife Lisa, a photographer and community activist, have 3 grown children.

Sam Quinones is a journalist, storyteller, former LA Times reporter, and author of three acclaimed books of narrative nonfiction.

His most recent book is Dreamland: The True Tale of America's Opiate Epidemic by Bloomsbury Press.

His career as a journalist has spanned almost 30 years. He lived for 10 years as a freelance writer in Mexico, where he wrote his first two books. In 2004, he returned to the United States to work for the L.A. Times, covering immigration, drug trafficking, neighborhood stories, and gangs.

Orvel Ronk discusses security issues for employers and others arising during COVID-19 and how they may change after this time. Orvel educates and trains organizations on how to reduce the risk of violence and active shooter incidents. Prior to founding Ronk Security Solutions, Orvel worked as a civilian in the Nation's Capital for the Department of Defense, specializing in anti-terrorism, physical security, risk management, facility/security assessments and security planning, as well as active shooter mitigation, response and scenario training, after serving 20 years in the Marine Corps. 

Ann Lee Hussey discusses her life with polio, the polio epidemics, and how polio relates to COVID-19. Ann Lee has made the eradication of polio and the alleviation of suffering by polio survivors her life's work. In the past 12 years she has actively participated in 25 volunteer NID (National Immunization Days) teams organizing and leading the last 18 teams herself, choosing to take those NIDs to places that do not often see westerners – Chad, Mali, Bangladesh, Niger, Nigeria as well as less "touristy" destinations in Egypt and India – where the need is greatest and where the publicity and goodwill surrounding the trip are as critical as the immunizations themselves to help communicate the need for eradication. She is determined that no child will needlessly have to suffer what she herself, a polio survivor, has been through. Ann Lee's work has earned her a Champion of Change award from President Barack Obama, the International Service Award for a Polio-Free World, and the Rotary Service Above Self Award. 

Laura Toni-Holsinger is the Executive Director of the United Way of Harrisonburg & Rockingham County. She bridges the gap between unlikely social circles by connecting businesses and nonprofits; educators and health professionals, Rotarians, and social workers, just to name a few, all in the name of a collaborative approach to change.
