Healing starts when you stop treating symptoms in isolation and begin understanding the whole person: their habits, stressors, and story.
In this episode, I get real about why a diagnosis can only take you so far. I walk through why two people with the same diagnosis can have completely different root causes, and why cookie-cutter protocols often fall short.
You'll also hear why real healing happens when we move beyond labels and focus on your unique patterns, triggers, and needs.
If you've ever been told "everything looks fine" but you still don't feel right, this episode of the Good Gut Feeling Podcast is for you: Beyond Diagnosis: The Real Path to Healing Begins.
