In this episode, I explore why the whole “good vs. evil” mindset is really a trap rooted in competition and comparison. When I fall into that game, I give away my freedom. For me, the real distinction isn’t good or evil—it’s clarity versus confusion. No one is born evil; harmful actions come from ignorance, conditioning, and unmet needs. I’ve come to see doubt as the true “devil,” because when I’m in doubt, I am disconnected from myself and my inner peace.
I talk about being intentional with what I consume, choosing “soul nutrition” over nonstop entertainment, and only comparing myself to who I was yesterday. I share how important it is to stay childlike—joyful and present—rather than childish, which shows up as blame or stubbornness. At the end of the day, I’m responsible for my own thoughts, feelings, and actions. That means setting boundaries, showing compassion, and remembering that Earth is a school where we’re all learning at different paces. With the help of my spirit guides, I keep coming back to this: growing pains are natural, but suffering is optional. At the end of the day, we’re all on Team Spirit.
