Tom is joined today by Lily Brasch. 

Lily was born with a rare Muscular Dystrophy and was predicted to never walk. Lily has trained to climb mountains and compete in National Muscle Building competitions. She climbs mountains to help others see their own strength and spread the message that with the right attitude, they can break through their own barriers.  

Key theme: Don't let people influence you based on what their opinions are of your abilities.
