At Heartland, Tony became the CSO, establishing a corporate division in Edmond and built a nationally recognized sales organization of 1,000+ professionals. In 2016, Global Payments (NYSE: GPN) acquired Heartland, of which Tony was named President. He led Heartland’s 4,000+ employees, continued to drive nationwide business growth of a 2BN company. In 2020, Tony founded EightTwenty, a regional solar company with an aim to help solve the energy challenge we have as a country. The company is built upon the principles of respect, focus and quality and measures success by how they treat their employees, communities, natural capital, and run a profitable business.
