Andrew Brennen currently serves as a National Geographic Fellow and Explorer supporting youth-led movements that are solving the world’s most pressing problems. In 2012, as a junior in high school, he co-founded the Prichard Committee Student Voice Team. In this capacity, he helped launch and lead several projects to amplify and elevate students as partners in improving Kentucky schools. Today, the Prichard Committee Student Voice Team consists of over 150 young people from across Kentucky and serves as a national model for how young people can hold educational institutions accountable to them. Zoe is a junior in the Paul Laurence Dunbar MSTC program. She works with the Prichard Committee Student Voice Team, where she is the Executive Producer of their podcast, Get Schooled.
