Interesting Premise

This was the first book I've read by Kallysten. I stumbled upon this book while I was reading a blog and thought the idea of someone involved with a vampire that gets pregnant was a different take. As someone who had no previous investment in the characters, at times I didn't know the back story or why certain people behaved the way that they did, which sometimes made me feel a little lost. Even without knowing that, the book is moving and captured my heart. There were poignant moments that brought me to tears and other moments that were so steamy they called out for a cold shower. No matter what direction the book took, everything was well written and they story was an interesting fast read.

I always ask myself if the story was worth the money and effort to read it and in this case the answer is a resounding yes. Take the time to pick this book up and you'll have an amazing time.

Wow!

Kallysten has done it again! I love all of the books and characters in the Out of the Box and The Edge series, but this one was so much more. We see so much emotion from the characters: Anando and Lisa's jealousy, Brett's fear of losing Lisa, Leo's love for everyone and ability to be a calming presence. I loved that we really saw into their hearts and minds, and the ending was surprising and made me really think about what the future will hold for everyone. I truly hope that this is not the end for these characters.

I am always truly amazed how I fall in Love with Kallysten work each and ever time I pick up her books!

My heart is so full right know.knowing how she brought two of my Favorite series together in such a heart felt way.

If you are a fan of The Edge series or the Out of Box series you will be thrilled with this wonderfully writen book! I truly did not want this book to end. Fans will be begging for more!
