They’ll learn that banshees, although spooky and ominous, are really only guilty of just doing their jobs and that if you see one it might not spell doom exactly for you, and even doom at all. They also learn a fundamental rule of banshees: If you see a comb, just leave it alone.
Then all three discuss a monster that came straight out of a Hellripper album: the beheaded Dullahan. Already a formidable foe in terms of stats, the chilling and ancient history of this hellish horseman adds a much-needed spice to the disappointingly bland lore provided in the MM.
