On this winter wonderland whiplash of an episode, the DM duo is joined once again by resident mythos expert Heather as they delve into the history of both the redcaps and Frostmaidens. Cozy on up with a hot mug of spiced cider as they tell of the tale of the redcaps, a jovial little mischievous creature that can often bring good luck to those around it, or be bathed in the blood of its enemies if you forget its porridge. Better stay away from those ruins, especially if you hear the sound of iron boots! Haha!
And then Jose and Andrew delight in the stories of Perchta, the snow maiden that brings a silver coin for good little girls and boys, and disembowels the bad ones and stuff their now discarded entrails with rocks of straw. Better clean those houses and spin that flax, young man, lest ye be gutted like a common carp!
