Domestic violence and sexism aren’t just “personal” issues. They shape the culture, habits and workplaces. This time, we talk with Viktoriia Pihul, an advocate for safe and inclusive workplaces, to explore how domestic violence and sexism quietly echo into the professional lives, what often goes unnoticed and the role tech companies can play to change that.  Together, we discuss early warning signs, ways to support colleagues who might be in danger, common misconceptions, and what an allyship looks like in the workplace.
