Dr. Bilikis Oladimeji is a physician-informaticist, innovator and healthcare information management professional with experience across clinical medicine, clinical research, genomics and personalized medicine, pharmaceutical and life sciences, and business of healthcare. She brings a unique collection of experiences and systems thinking to roles with the lens of her '3 things' - health, equity, and education. She is comfortable with ambiguity and leads with curiosity, growth mindset, agility, and inclusion. She worked in multiple roles at Optum/UHG - Senior Director for Clinical Technology Strategy, Clinical Excellence at Optum Health, Senior Director for Health Informatics and Senior Director for Clinical Informatics and Innovation. Across UHG, she served on various councils/board including the Machine Learning Review Board (Responsible Use of AI program). She is an author of multiple scientific publications - some presented at conferences across the US, including most recently on CDS at AMIA and HFES. She is a co-author of a chapter in a global textbook on Informatics (2022) and has received recognitions, and awards at different organizations, most recently recognized as a UHG Inventor for a patent submission.
