This week I sit down with Cleft Mom Monique Diltz to talk about her journey as a mom to a child born with a cleft lip and cleft palate.  We discuss her son's journey as well as her journey from being a working mom to a full time mom and what support has looked like for her on this journey. Such an inspirational story and family and I am forever grateful that the good sis was so willing to share with the Kweendom.
