We discuss about Ch. Bhajan Lal's tenure from 1982-86 and the return of Ch. Bansi Lal as Night Watchman. Other main focus is on the "Nyaya Yudh" launched by Tau Devi lal and how he finally rode to power in the 1987 elections.
