Cyclic existence has characteristics that facilitate enormous suffering for beings in all the six realms (gods, demigods, humans, animals, hungry ghosts, and those in hell), but if we recognize and comprehend them in our moment to moment experience, that knowledge can lead one out of suffering. This lecture also explains the four paths: the direct path, the spiral path, the path of separation, and the path of the failures.
