Bhavagna is Senior Vice President at Blended Strategy Group, working across all of the verticals of the business and leading procurement. Bhavagna began her career in entertainment in the Motion Picture Business Affairs department at CAA, drafting film and endorsement contracts on behalf of celebrity talent, and is truly a dealmaker at heart. Prior to joining Blended Strategy Group, she was a Senior Director at starpower, an entertainment marketing agency, where she oversaw talent procurement and management for clients such as Johnson & Johnson, Bayer, and Y&R Advertising. She led campaigns with a variety of talent for everything from large advertising programs to one-off social media driven initiatives including successful partnerships for Queen Latifah with Novartis and the American Heart Association, Megan Fox with Lakme Beauty, Debra Messing with Zyrtec, Ryan Lochte with Power Bar; and others. Through her experience working on both the talent and brand side of the business, Bhavagna is able to counsel her clients on how to create deals that maximize the benefits to both sides.

Bhavagna is a graduate of UCR, has a JD from Chapman School of Law and is a licensed California attorney.
