My friend and Black influencer, Melissa aka @FabGlance joined me to talk about hustling hard, being in the industry for over 15 years, and why social media algorithms make it harder for people of color to garner a lot of impressions and views. 

She's a published author, the leader of a community for curvy women in Nashville, an influencer, AND a business owner! She does it all, and makes it look easy! I'm so happy to know her, and to be her friend!
