The Track w/ Chantel Nouseforaname

BHM, WHM & a Love Day Dedication

Listen Later

I missed you last month. Since we missed a month, let's get reacquainted. We celebrate Women's History Month and Black History Month by starting off the episode celebrating one innovator that we lost in February 2021, Sister Charmaine. We also celebrate an OG innovator still killing the game.. hit play to see who!

I got a secret love day dedication to you. It's something soulful and beautiful and I think you'll really enjoy it.

Finally, we end off the episode talking about the stress that Black folks experience discussing slavery and our shared traumatic past, and how white people can be a better friend to their Black friends. Remember, it's always critical to consider the emotional and mental wellbeing of our Black friends.

I'll try to be more about this show, I had to take a break y'all... and I go with the vibe. I never force the vibe - ya catch me? Alright!
