October 6, 2021 - Bianca is a Haitian-American sommelier and service industry worker based in Miami, FL. A native of South Florida, she moved to New York City at the age of 18 to study at Columbia University, and although she spent time considering a career in corporate fashion, she quickly developed a love for restaurants and hospitality. She is the co-owner/operator of paradis books & bread, a newly opened cafe, bookstore & natural wine bar located in North Miami. Paradis books & bread is owner-operated and offers an intimate and communal space to the people of South Florida. As a reflection of a group of friends who have grown and learned together over the years, every aspect emerges out of their personal experiences, interests, and politics.
