  1. People: Business Process Analysts with IT Background + IT People with Business Preoccupations
  2. Assume that everything needs to be improved and anything that is implemented is already obsolete on day 1.
  3. Technology is changing every day – not investing in upgrading and adding new things is a sin that will render your process environment obsolete.
